• Because I was very unsatisfied with the lashes I received yesterday they really weren't what I had described plus they had gaps in them and I felt like lashes were loose already I was just not satisfied the moment I Saw them. I'm assuming the manager there she is very sweet heard me tell the technician that it's fine I was ready to go pay leave and probably never return. But she hook me up with another gal tech today that Gal she knew exactly what I was talking about they didn't charge me and when I come home from vacation they're going to redo them and do them at a discounted price. I believe that is Top 10 service and yes, I will be telling all my friends. 👍🏼

• The application process was very relaxing. Eric did an amazing job at applying the lashes and giving me exactly what I wanted. I was extremely impressed since it was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I will definitely be going back soon. I am so happy I found the lash lounge!
