• Most thorough/attention to detail lash service I've ever had. Environment very relaxing,attentive,kind customer service. The only reason it's not a 10 is that my left side didn't lift well. I have unruly,thick lashes at the base so they have the potential to not cooperate when I've waited too long in between appts. I've been recovering from surgery,had to take a break. Next appt they will hopefully be back on track. Wonderful experience. You have a new client

• I love the lash lounge, but it's very difficult to afford on a steady bases. Especially now that using senior stylist costs even more. I don't want to sacrifice the standard that I'm used to by going down to non senior stylist but it's difficult to not only afford the senior fee, plus tipping well - not to mention I can't afford to upgrade to a hybrid volume which is what I really want.
