The service and appointment went well, but I did not like the app for scheduling the appointment. I went in a couple days before to schedule it and when I got to the location, they did not see a reservation for me so I had to be worked in. They were super nice, but it would've been better if I could've had the appointment I thought was scheduled.

Sharleen is amazing not only does she know what she's doing but she takes her time to talk to the client get to know exactly what they are looking for what their expectations are and tries to achieve what is possible to the healthiest version for their lashes. She is a skilled worker, and I will be coming back for many many more sessions.
