Generally, really satisfied. Was upset with one stylist who glued my eye shut, took 2 hours for a fill, had me lying at a backward angle that was killing my back. When I told her I was hurting, she didn't change anything and continued on for another hour after stating it would take just 15 more minutes. Most of my eyelashes fell out almost immediately, and when I went back and told my normal stylist, she said I could book additional time and pay to refill them. Wasn't my fault they all came out, they were put on incorrectly. Aside from that, love my normal stylist. She's the best, and I recommend her to everyone.
