Lexi, my lash artist, and her instructor made me feel very comfortable. Lexi went over options and made sure she understood what I wanted. Both artist and instructor made sure to honor my preferences. The facility was clean, comfortable, and following recently mandated mask and extra sanitizing rules. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. As a senior citizen, music selection wouldn't have been my first choice, but I'm sure it is exactly what younger (and, no doubt majority of your clientele) would. I shared picture of results with family and friends and have received many compliments to pass on to Lexi.
