First, Andrea was amazing with answering my questions about pricing, memberships, etc. I even signed up to be a member immediately and without hesitation. Second, Savannah was so helpful and sweet! There was a last minute cancellation and she was able to book me in that time slot. She was professional and accommodating! Third, Tori is so talented! I came in for a fill from another artist. During my consultation she listened to what I wanted and the issues I have with my lashes. She gave me great advice as well as informed me that the lashes I had already were not going to give me the results I'm looking for. She was patient enough to fix my lashes as well as help me transition into a set that is better suitable for me! The whole service was very attentive and informative. I even added an eyebrow thread and tint! I was very comfortable (even dozed off) and her hands were so light! Lastly, the store was very clean! From the front lobby to the very back everything was spotless! Especially during this pandemic, I was extremely happy of how nice everything was!
