Only based on my second appointment with Heather. I never responded based on my initial appointment. If I had I would have given a 2 at the most. Once I was able to get home and really look at my new set I was NOT HAPPY. It was really shabby work. She was not pleasant initially and never spoke to me during the visit. Will never book with Rebecca-I believe that was her name.
