The receptionist is always friendly and even if they’re on the phone they always pause to greet you and check you in. Chloe is amazing and fast/efficient. Never had a negative experience with this location! I went to the park/Preston salon for almost two years and it seems like every month or two I had an issue with the lashes and I got cancelled/rescheduled last minute ALL THE TIME. I switched salons about 6 months ago and I should have done it sooner. The Frisco Starwood salon is 10/10 and since I switched I’ve gotten several of my friends to switch too and they all love their stylist!
