My experience was great! My tech was kind and made sure to ask me what I wanted. The only reason I didn't say 10 is that I'm used to lash studios being dim and the music behind more quiet/relaxing and that wasn't really the vibe. Which is okay! Just not usually what I'm drawn to.

I love love Charleen. My lashes now that she has gotten down what I like, she does them to a T! She's patient she's kind. She's very gentle. I love everything about her.. front desk Customer service has been really good as well. Charlene is my go to.
