Environment very nice and clean everyone was pleasant. Two concerns I think a customer should be told how many lashes are for the sets that you request and the ladies at the front desk should push the membership I only knew about it because I got the pamphlet and I came back in to sign up for the membership no one told me about it. I have referred people already to come there
