• My lash tech Kimberly is amazing! And the monthly subscription is well-worth it. However, I almost did not consider the Lash Lounge because of the front desk staff. They are not very knowledgeable, have difficulty multi-tasking, have a hard time prioritizing customers, and are not very courteous or kind. If it were not for Kimberly's skill and kindness, I would not stay with the Lash Lounge.

• I've been getting lash extensions on and off since 2013. I have worked with several stylists over the years. A friend recommended the last lounge and I decided to give them a try before my business trip. I'm so glad I did! I appreciated that they were able to fit me in last minute, which was a huge help. The salon itself is super clean modern and has a great vibe. The music was trending and had a fun mix that made the experience even more enjoyable. Mariah, my stylist was amazing. She was professional, patient, and quick to respond when I had a mild allergic reaction to the gel eyelash pads. She handled me with care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The end result was gorgeous and I absolutely love my eyelashes. I even signed up for a membership because I was so impressed. I look forward to the quality, lash extensions and top-notch service that I will be getting in the future. I highly recommend The Lash Lounge
