• Lawrence (I believe was his name at reception?) was welcoming and kind. Once I was back with KJ the nice experience continued. KJ listened to my requests and did things step by steps so I ended up with brows I was happy with. She also worked major because I did not cry. Every other eyebrow threading experience I've had I've teared up, not their fault entirely I know but KJ did it in a way that didn't happen this time. I think I've finally found my place after moving to Texas.

• I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcomed from the moment you step through the door. I look forward to my visits. It's cheaper than therapy and I love the member perks every month. Giselle is the best and Lawrence always works with my crazy schedule. They have a great team.
