• Service is always good, and everyone is friendly and helpful. My experience at Lash Lounge is that all of the people doing eyelash extensions seem to be very conscientious and take great care, knowing they are working near your eyes!

• The change in the cancellation policy and repeated phone messages to make sure I'm coming are annoying. These are lashes not doctors appointments.
