• Yes, I changed to a senior technician, and she did a marvelous job. Unfortunately, my last visit seemed good, but I got an eye infection. I'm still on eye drops. It felt as if the lashes were brushing against my eye. I'm happier with a different technician. Last, but certainly not least. Yvonne is a class act. She is on top of game - professional, but very friendly, her business acumen is outstanding; she greets customers by name, speaks to them by name, and has a conversation while customer is waiting for her technician to take her to location, and Yvonne solves problems with immediacy and privately respecting both parties. I am extremely impressed with her. I'm curious about the difference between senior tech and a Master tech. My first visit I did the classic lashes. They looked beautiful after completion of appointment, and I was vigilant about following all directions. I did not get them wet at all. I purchased the kit with all items made to care for the lashes; however, the next morning (and I'm a back sleeper sometimes turning to my right, but this time I was very careful to avoid my eyes touching my pillow). The next morning while brushing my teeth I looked down in the sink and I had several lashes fall off. The lashes felt as though they were rubbing my eyes. By the end of day 2, my eyes were very red and I was tearing terribly. I called my ophthalmologist and they fit me in immediately because I had eye surgery in December on both eyes. (Two weeks apart), my retina was detaching and had a lot of floaters) surgery was successful until this incident. Ther
