• Loved the vibe and location of the Lash Lounge. My stylist was engaging, listened, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I did not give it a 10 because I found the booking process confusing in how to figure out the cost and time needed for my first application. The location was very cold and found myself shivering during the entire process. Also, I feel like a pamphlet or more guidance on aftercare would be helpful after completing the process for the first time. My stylist handed me some brushes and provided verbal instructions and I was out the door. Later that evening, I found myself on Google reviewing post-care instructions and couldn't remember what she said that morning.
