• History of a few technology glitches/problems in the past and an experience with one stylist that I don't feel was great quality. Otherwise I enjoy the hours that the salon is open (several time slots every hour, open evenings and weekends) which makes for easy and flexible scheduling. My lashes look great and my membership gets me a convenient discount.
