• Philly was AMAZING!!! This was my second visit and in all honestly was hesitant to come back after not getting the results I was hoping for from my first visit. However, I am so glad that I did. Philly was so awesome and listened to my concerns and explained the process to me. I laughed and the experience was overall enjoyable and made my day! I will definitely be back and am now looking to be a member. Philly deserves recognition!! Best stylist I have ever had!
