• Sometimes I feel like my lashes are not cleaned well enough before application. I can tell how much product/water is used during cleansing, and sometimes it doesn't feel like enough. Also, when I blot/dry my eyes after the cleansing, I still see mascara on my paper towel sometimes (yes, I use lash approved mascara.)

• The young woman who tinted my brows n lashes listened to my comments about my experiences with the tinting. Often the tint doesn’t seem to work n I can’t see any difference once the appointment is finished. So I asked her to make sure there was enough product on the brows n lashes and that a sufficient amount of time passed before cleansing. Thanks.
