• Because Deja is the best she always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and get your lashes the way you want. When all of my lashes fell out of my right eye she made sure to change the glue and get it right and the next time I had fantastic retention.

• Jasmine was very kind, explaining everything well what she was going to do and after care. Very sweet. I even fell asleep and got my lash nap and accidentally scared my self awake I guess and messed up her work a little and she was nice about it, I felt bad but she told me it was ok, she gets it and fixed it. I didn't feel like she was up set or frustrated with me. This is only the second time I have got my lashes done both at fishers and I love it. Everyone is so kind, even this last appointment I made it for the next day, got busy at work and didn't get the call about leaving my credit card number on file until after closing, I called the next morning and the lady who answered (sorry I'm so bad with names but it was Thursday the 24th she was wearing a white shirt with black detail) was very kind, told me it was ok that they would see me at my appointment time. When signing the waver I felt welcome was told I could ask questions and take my time reading it, while I was checking in she was checking in another client and was very friendly with her as well, I felt like they had built a personal relationship through her coming to lash lounge, telling her that her lashes looked good after two weeks even though she works out a lot. All around a good experience felt very welcome. Cleanliness was A+ everyone washed their hands before going back, the iPad was wiped down after I touched it and the front desk not once did I have to touch the screen directly after someone else did. I love my lashes they make me so confident, thank you 🙏🏻
