• If not for my most recent experience with Dionna, I would not have returned nor recommended the lash lounge. In my first experience I was not listened to at all and told my lashes could not be any shorter than 11mm which sounded absurd and indeed was. Dionna listened to me, and made them shorter and fuller per my request and was very personable and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the discounted fill price after raising concerns over the price and experience with another gal on my first visit. I will be returning and using Dionna only.
