• Professional and very nice customer service. Lash technician takes her time, I don't ever feel rushed. Actual lash application, and the tools, and accessories used are clean and comfortable (i.e. lash technician gently cleans the eyes before application, soft eye pads, etc). Lash glue does not burn at all.
