• I made an appointment with The Lash Lounge because of an very bad application mistake from a different spa. The removal process was challenging. I didn't think the glue could be removed without causing pain and losing many of my natural lashes. Jessie at the Lash Lounge is my hero! She was exact but gentle. She knew exactly what she was doing and took her time. The process took a little over an hour, and she did the impossible work of removal with little to no damage. I am so grateful for her care and the professionalism of the staff at The Lash Lounge. Thank you!
