• When I got to my appointment the receptionist advise me of the extra $50 master stylist fee I was not aware of that and no one told me about it before hand.

• Katya was so wonderful, we chatted the whole time. I've been going to the lash lounge for over a year and she has only serviced me a few times BUT she remembers me each time by name when I come in or pass through, she always makes me feel incredibly welcomed, and appreciated! One of my friends made an appointment through Kat yesterday for her brows and they look amazing, I can't wait to get mine done by her later this month!
