• Because the girl did the best she could with my small amount of eyelashes. I had missing lashes from using fake magnetic eyelashes for 2 months

• I initially had an issue with the lashes used during my first visit. The issue being that all of my lashes fell out within 5 days. When I called to discuss my issue I was instantly relieved with the customer service I received. Quickly I was put into the schedule and told my chart would be looked at and adjustments made. I have my new set of lashes on and not a single one has fallen out in a week! I see Michelle and she's so kind and comforting. The reception staff is amazing as well. I can't wait for my next visit!! ❤️

• I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked into the door and felt that the employees were genuinely happy to see me. I was treated with such respect and felt completely valued! All of my questions were answered in great detail and my service was delivered with a gentle and caring delivery!! It was a great experience!!
