• The reason I chose 10 out of 10 is based on the customer service approach. I was welcomed professionally and accommodated with the time I was expecting to be scheduled. I was going to be possibly late 10 to 15 minutes due to my work schedule and that was very well honored. The receptionist was not pushy or trying to sell product to me in the way of feeling pressured. She gave me opportunities and options that let me to trust this salon. The technician was very gentle with me and very considerate, she knew exactly what I was looking for and got it done with wonderful results!
