Rachel was so personable and listened exactly to what I wanted; voluminous fluffy and wispy lashes. She did amazing and also went above and beyond to recommend that I come back for a refill. She also worked with me as I had to answer some text messages mid work and she was just so patient and kind. I cannot wait to see Rachel's journey and how far she will go with her lash creativity!
