The receptionist and the stylist were beyond friendly. There was a mistake in my booking. I typically go to a different lash company but somehow managed to schedule here. Although the mix up on my end I thought, why not come in and try. I’m glad I did. I love that they wash the eye lashes for you. My stylist took the time beforehand to understand my needs and what I was looking to get. The environment was very welcoming, bed super comfortable and I felt like I was visiting a few friends rather than being just a customer. Really loved the experience and will be switching over from my other lash provider to this one at the beginning of the year.
