The stylists are very professional and informative throughout the whole process. They do an excellent job and keep the salon very clean.

Id recommend it a 9 out of 10. The length of my eyelashes are shorter than I normally get. So I was disappointed with that. The technician suggested going shorter. I did it because she said it would look better but I don't like the shorter length. I have always gotten the same length and really liked it. So this was the first time I went shorter bc she says she highly suggested it would look better. It might look better in her eyes, but I think they look short. She was amazing though. Definitely the best customer service you can provide. I just know next time I'll get my normal longer lash, but it stinks that I paid $402 dollars for something I'm not completely happy with
