Everything from start to finish was INCREDIBLE!! The people were so FRIENDLY The girl who applied my lashes was so sweet, took her time to explain everything and asked me if I was ok every step of the way! The blanket was so cozy! Bottle of water that the ladies at the register offered me as I was leaving was a super sweet touch! The place was adorable! My lashes look AMAZING! There wasn't one negative thing about my experience!! I was a few minutes late because of the snow and I sent a text message and received a response right away letting me know it was OK and that "they" (Michael) would let the receptionist know as well. Great experience!! I will definitely be returning!!
