The atmosphere was peaceful. It was very relaxing my lash artist KATYANA was absolutely amazing. She welcome me when I first walk in. She educated me she help me decide which I was looking for. She was very thorough and patient and when the experience was over, I slept right through it. That’s how amazing it was. She kindly and gently woke me up showed me my beautiful look. I love my lashes, it’s been two weeks now and they’re still hanging strong. I do have an appointment later today for a refill. I will always go back to her. I love the lash lounge. Michael is so accommodating and kind. They’ve earned my loyalty and I’m forever locked in.
