I had an awesome experience and already made my next appointment! Rafaela was quick and they look amazing. The only reason I did not give a 10 is because the woman I spoke to when making my first appointment as a new customer did not mention there was an up charge for senior stylists, so I was surprised when it came time to pay. Besides that, the environment is very clean and friendly.
