The whole aesthetic of the place was solid. Good vibes throughout. Friendly staff! There was an initial learning curve regarding scheduling and pricing between master technicians and senior techs etc, but it was explained and makes sense. There might be some opportunity for greater clarity on the web site, or to make the regular techs more frequently available, but I am absolutely thrilled with the work that was performed by Natalie, who was friendly and lovely to chat with. I was in and out in no time, and the experience left me wanting to get more done. Would recommend
