• Because my stylist was extremely professional, informative & gentle. I've had nothing but great experiences. Also the mgr who oversees the girls sat down and asked me questions not just the stylist. I feel like your company is finding the gap that exist in the industry between the customer & their wants and what the final product that the customer has received
