• Too much pressure to join club at first visit. $99 fee to join at a later date is ridiculous

• My lash specialist (sorry can't remember her name) was kind, thoughtful, gentle and although it took a while I know she was doing her best to hone in on her skills and did a nice job. My first time getting lashes and I love them.
