• I chose that score because Tye my lash tech was awesome. She's so thorough, super sweet, personable, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make customers comfy. She also always wears a mask. She has also done my lashes perfectly, the exact quality and fullness that I wanted. The only reason why I didn't give the visit a score of 10 is because of the owner. When walked in, he didn't acknowledge me for a while or even look up from what he was doing for some time. He also referred to me as "her" several times instead of calling me by my name lol.
