• Well I was honestly really happy with the customer service when my lashes weren't quite as full as what I was used to however I had been getting them done in a different state by a friend who does lashes and I do hair so I never really knew what she was going to do and when I had to go somewhere new for a full set , I didn't really know exactly what to tell my last tech to do from the 3 options of price ranges I had so I just chose the one closest to what I paid before..... a few came out the first few days I hated to be the client that calls and says "hey can you replace a couple lashes because they weren't quite as full as I had in mind" because I probably should have just shown her a picture! I decided to just call and ask and this time when I explained to her that after a couple came out and I kinda wanted them fuller... not that they weren't beautiful and I received tons of compliments! I really did. She totally got what I was trying to say and did a quick fill and the outcome is amazing!!! It only took about an hour and you were very generous about pricing to make up for what was maybe lack of request on my part! I really appreciate you guys and I will be returning! Thank you so much!
