• I've been a customer for a number of years ~ and I've mostly had good technicians. But there is a lot of turnover - nor just by the technicians - and I question the management. Additionally, I find many of their policies only benefit the business, not the customer. Example: I've gone twice and had my technician not be there. So I've had to reschedule and come back. I understand that people have issues that prevent them from being where & when they need to be - but the salon should have extended a complimentary fill for my showing but my technician not showing. Bc If I didn't show, I would have been charged full price. That's not a fair practice
