Cassidy took her time and explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with each step. This was my first lash lift and she was very patient with me and all my questions. Not to mention they look fabulous!

The tech (Kenya) listened to my wants and asked questions prior to service which helped in case I may have any allergies to products being used. She also made sure I was comfortable during service and also explained after care to maintain lashes. I also found parking to be convenient, I parked in a parking garage closely located which was free. I also found the place to be clean, and noticed the tools being used were sterilized after use.
