very nice and calm environment it also wasn't so cold like it is in a lot of places it made it more relaxed i wasn't freezing! the lady at the front was so nice and greeting made me feel like i've been going there forever and that was my first time! my lash stylist was natalee she was great! very nice and easy to talk to about what i wanted and very fast with it and they turned out beautiful!! i will definitely be returning soon!
