Amber was extremely personable and seemed to truly enjoy her job. Did a great job on my lashes. The receptionist, apologize I forgot her name, was VERY professional and handled my concerns with grace and a true focus on wanting to make sure I was happy. Very rare in todays world.

Lashes look AMAZING! Just gave a point off because appointment started late. If you are going to have a policy about clients being late, then our appointments shouldn't start any later than 10 minutes after our scheduled time.
