Your receptionist was professional, friendly and welcoming, which set the tone for my experience. Amber was friendly, inquisitive, diplomatic, and had a professional "bed side manner". I was though a bit disappointed that the microblading service that I requested was not yet available.🤞it will be available soon, otherwise I'll have to look elsewhere.

Shannon the receptionist was great and very helpful. Atmosphere of shop was nice and amber was wonderful she listened to my opinions and made sure I was satisfied. My first time getting eyelashes was great. And she even let me nap while she did my lashes. So embarrassing but she made me feel as if it wasn't. 😊

I had a bad reaction to an install from a different lash business and Lash Lounge was accommodating with removing those lashes. Phoenix was knowledgeable and provided suggestions as well informing me what the lash technician should and shouldn't have done.
