I have had a full MVP set and refill done here and despite not having their official grand opening yet and the girls still training, I am more than impressed! My lashes have never looked this good and the girls truly know what they are doing. The prices here are more than other places in the area but they have various types of lashes with differing curls and thicknesses, and the approach Lash Lounge uses is tailored to each individual and not one-size-fits-all like their competitors. Their lash extensions look very natural and in my opinion, my eyes look better now than they ever did when I used mascara and a curler!

This was first time ever getting eyelash extensions. I heard about the propositional $99 full set deal and finally decided to make an appointment! The front desk team was nice and offered me a glass of wine.
When it was time to go back, i was told to remove my contacts and lay down. I forgot the name of my specialist but she was nice. The process itself was confusing at first because I didn't know what exactly to expect.
Overall it went well and I even fell asleep a little! They also looked beautiful and I'm still getting compliments.

The reason for the three stars is because I was never told what to expect beforehand, other than in reading the lengthy forms I had to fill out. Wish she was a little more communicative. I also wasn't told anything about the aftercare. I had no idea not to use oil free makeup remover (friends told me) and some of mine fell off in the first few days. I also saw products on the shelves upon arrival and they weren't brought to my attention even though I probably would've bought some. The least I felt like they could do was give me an aftercare booklet or something.
Because I didn't know how I was supposed to clean them, they seem to not be lasting as long or as great quality as they were when I got them.
But overall, very nicely ladies and I'd definitely visit again.

Marie was great and I love my lash lift. I want to try extensions but tried this first and don't know if I'll even need extensions yet

Very pleased with my experience! Alyssa was fantastic & knew exactly what I wanted. I went with the lash & brow tint package. So happy to feel put together without the hassle of filling in my brows & worrying about smudged mascara. Coming back for a holiday touch up & going to try out extensions!

I relocated to Charlotte recently and after having lash extensions for over 12 years, I was anxious about finding a new lash stylist. I found the Lash Lounge a few months ago, but finally found the perfect stylist in Alyssa. She knew exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier.

Love love love! The team here is amazing! My lash tech Marie is so good! My lashes look amazing and still look great when it's time for a fill! The team up front is always so sweet and accommodating, they make sure I am scheduled out weeks ahead to get the times I need! I love the stress free environment and easy payment plan with the membership.

Management is excellent! This location is clean and Blakeney shopping center is gorgeous! The prices and membership here is also wonderful! Ask for Ava if you're getting your lashes done!

Lashes on Saturday falling out by Tuesday. Gave this location two opportunities and the quality of service is poor. The only good thing is that they agreed after a laundry list of questions and waiting 20 minutes to give me a refund. Don't waist your money.

I had my lashes done today for the first time in 5 years! Alyssa was absolutely incredible. So professional and fun to talk to. She is a perfectionist (which I love) and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to not only have great lashes but a great time sitting with someone!

The Lash Lounge Blakeney is a phenomenal studio with awesome staff. This is my first experience with false lashes, so understandably I was a bit anxious. From the very beginning, and several phone calls later, even before my first appointment, Bri patiently and thoroughly explained what I could expect as well as answered my many questions. Bri has been my go-to at the studio as she always me feel comfortable and confident with the decisions I make about my lashes. In fact, I usually ask to speak with her when making an appointment or anything else. She's great! My lash stylist, Alyssa, listens as well as anyone in the beauty industry has listened to me, and she makes sure to really understand the look that you are striving for and then hits that mark seamlessly. Alyssa's beautiful and natural-looking lashes really do speak for themselves. I trust Alyssa will always take care of me and not let me walk out the door without feeling fabulous. Despite making the trek from uptown, I will definitely continue to come to Lash Lounge Blakeney.
