• Came in as a new client 2 weeks ago and had prior extensions on that I was not happy with and explained what I would like moving forward. I wanted more volume ,a lot darker with a little wispiness. Had a lengthy consult and showed pics etc. My lash tech was very nice and seemed to understand what I wanted. Unfortunately though my new lash set was way more understated and lighter than what I even walked in with. I reached out to salon and told them what happened and asked for a senior stylist who has more experience. They promptly gave me another appointment with "Lex" and she totally got it right. She was wonderful. Thank you for the great customer service👍

• Ava was very kind and explained each step as she was doing my lash lift. I had never had one before, so I greatly appreciated her explanation. On top of that, my results are top notch. I will definitely be retuning to continue to have lash lifts and tints with her. Thank you!
