• I love Marissa - she does a consistently good job! Receptionists very understanding as I drive a long way because I'm loyal - owner used to talk to me about customer service as that was my expertise. Only thing I would change is asking people to tip. I always tip but find it not high level to ask for it. If one appreciates it they will tip. And there are just cheap/tight or on a budget Reception always asks and I cringe - I've directed customer service regionally and that was something I wouldn't condone. I love lash lounge and Marissa - she's sweet knows what I like and kind.
