• Because Jen. my stylist is very good, careful and professions in behavior - she's also a nice person. Also, I travel far to stay loyal to her and the LL and the receptionists always try to help me get an appointment and are honest about trying to move my appointments if they can as my travel work, travel and living situation is complicated and stressful. They called me twice to try and get me a better appointment and even though I couldn't use the slots the genuinely try. That's great service and truly appreciated.
