  • It took a while to get my eyelash retention figured out. The staff follows up on appointments regularly. They flex with me while under personal stress and need to reschedule. Haylee is very personable and in touch with my experience. One thing I don’t like is staff should not ask about gratuity. The word gratuity speaks for itself. I get rubbed the wrong way when the expectation of being grateful is basically pushed. Gratuities are earned by behavior and sensitive service of the technition. My job has enveloped available in the spa but never solicit it.
