• Front desk ladies were very welcoming, patient, sweet and personable and Charmagne was so nice, accommodating and made me feel comfortable. There was a time where my eyes became sensitive to the light and she was so patient with me when I asked to take a break. It made me feel at ease and not annoying or high maintenance :) loved how my eyebrows turned out!

• Good atmosphere, clean. Polite, friendly efficient staff. Look forward to coming back. The only problem I found was the texting appointments etc was quite confusing and time-consuming. Would like a quicker option to be able to speak and discuss anything with a live person. All it was a very pleasant experience, thank you.
