• I was charged for a missed appointment which is understandable, but then right before the rescheduled appointment (same day) the Lounge canceled on me because the stylist called out. This isn't the first time I've been canceled on last minute. My appointment yesterday was satisfactory and the stylist did a good job and didn't miss any lashes. However, every other appointment besides the very first one, there were missed lashes that weren't permed.
