• Jessica was fantastic ar the front desk. And Catherine was super too. Very knowledgeable, professional and warm. She did a great job educating me about the lash lounge ohilosopy, and managed my expectations. I loved her and while I dont love the "55 lashes only" business model, I would come back for Catherine and Jessica all day long.

• Yes for a few reasons; -the receptionist was friendly and welcoming -the salon was clean and bright -my service was performed expertly with no complications and to a high standard -my lash tech was the highlight of my visit, she not only did a stellar job (perfect lashes with no mistakes causing irritation) but she was kind and I had fun chatting with her. I will be returning to this location both for its great work and for its lovely employees💛
