• I never see any of the technicians wash their hands or disinfect the tools between clients. I feel this is extremely important. Also I have had technicians put the tape they use to hold my lower lashes down on their arm for easier access for them but I am uncomfortable with this as I believe their skin cells and hairs are then taped to my face/eye area.

• First and foremost, it is clean. Beautiful decor and very comfortable setting. The technician was friendly. And my lashes still looked great after two weeks!
